Step by step
List by circles
Divide the guests into family, godparents, damas and chambelanes, and friends. Each circle is a group on the list.
Table of honour
The quinceañera, her parents and the godparents sit at the table of honour. The damas and chambelanes usually take a nearby table.
Godparents’ table
If there are godparents of several kinds, give them a table of their own, near the table of honour.
Dance floor
Put the young people’s tables near the dance floor and the grandparents’ further from the music.
Create the plan
Choose “Quinceañera”: the template comes with a table of honour, a godparents’ table, a dance floor and round tables of 10.
Tradition and languages
If the family comes from several countries, Seatalia exports the plan and the “Find your seat” page in the event language, which you can choose separately from the app language.
Frequently asked questions
How many seats does the table of honour have?
It depends on the venue and on who sits there. Count the quinceañera, the parents, the godparents and anyone else the family wants to include.
Can I make the plan in a language different from the app?
Yes. The event language, which is the language of the PDFs and the “Find your seat” page, is chosen separately from the app language.
